Terms And Conditions

  • Terms under Franchise agreement established between Purchaser (termed as franchisee) and Seller (termed as Franchiser) will be understood and agreed as under

  • Under any or all of below mentioned parameters (if at all applicable) and for the period of Franchise, the Franchiser will be deemed to provide the below services as royalty cover and that franchisee will not be liable to be paid any additional cost

    1.  Internet Marketing being used by Franchiser (Website Listing, Google listing, Facebook and other social media listing, Just dial, Sulekha and other Institute management web portals
    2. Customer helpline (common phone number for all franchisee) 
    3. Initial marketing for franchisee including 1) Up to 8 feet width By 3 feet length star flex banner for the entry 2) 3X3 Feet VIPL cut out logo at the reception 3) 10,000 number of pamphlets of single color A4 size OR same numbers but half sized multi colour yet met quality pamphlets to be handed over to franchisee for distribution. The distribution cost however, will be borne by franchisee
    4. Rendering help and support for Negotiation of Rental and infrastructure between franchisee and vendor/landloard
    5. Consultation on lead generation. local marketing and client associations 

  • Franchisee will not indulge in any matter of staff selection and recruitement, infrastructure modification/change of location, use of logo and branding, distribution/ reselleing of any intellectual propery of franchiser without prior authorisation from franchiser.        Franchiser can not distribute the additional franchisees(s) if one exists in the radious of 3 kilometers (except few conditions, where two or more franchisees are authorised to have different categories of listed/agreed courses and/or services).   The Franchisee will be given a choice to nominate for not lesser than 5 and not more than 10 categories of course and/or services for the agreed location of franchisee. The franchiser will be authorised to allocate not more than Three main categories of courses and/or services with limited numbers of sub categories. E.g Franchisee "A" can be allocated with three main categories e.g. Software Testing (Manual Testing, UFT, Loadrunner. Selenium) ; Software Development (.NET and Java only) and Software Testing Services (Manual Testing, UFT, Loadrunner. Selenium Only). In the event that other Franchisee "B" requests for any/all of these pre-selected categories by "A", will be denied but will be free to select the same categories with different sub categories. E.g. 

    Software Testing (Security Testing, ETL Testing, Hadoop Testing ) ; Software Development (Big data - Hadoop, Analytics Tool) and Mobile Development Services (Android/iOS) . The franchisee however can be allocated with same categories and sub categories of services and courses if no other franchisee has started/deemed to be starting operations in a radius of 3 KMs. In the event of a new franchise request and set up, Franchiser under all circumstances must inform all existing franchisee of the said City.   Franchisee cost may change from time to time but once declared and agreed will not be changed and stand NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.   During any time franchisee can surrender the franchise to the franchiser with full and final and no refund applicable.
